Q: What is Aero Centric Event?

Aero Centric Event? is Malaysia’s premier Roblox tournament platform designed specifically for students. We provide a safe, educational environment where students can compete in organized gaming tournaments, track their progress, and earn certificates for their achievements.

Q: Who can participate?

Students of all ages can participate! Our tournaments are categorized by age groups to ensure fair competition. Students need parental consent to register, and parents can monitor all activities through their accounts.

Q: How do I register for a tournament?

Create an account as a student
Browse available tournaments
Select a tournament that matches your age group
Complete the registration and payment process
Wait for confirmation from your parent/guardian if required

Payments & Fees

Q: How much does it cost to participate?

Entry fees vary by tournament. Each tournament listing shows the exact entry fee. We use Toyyibpay for secure payment processing. Some promotional tournaments may be free to enter!

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods through Toyyibpay including:

Online banking (FPX)
Credit/Debit cards
E-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost, etc.)

Q: What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available under certain conditions:

Full refund if tournament is cancelled by organizers
Refund requests before registration deadline may be approved on a case-by-case basis
No refunds after the tournament has started

Tournaments & Scoring

Q: How are tournaments scored?

After completing your tournament games, you submit your score along with video proof. Our admin team verifies all submissions to ensure fairness. Rankings are calculated automatically based on verified scores.

Q: Do I need to provide proof of my score?

Yes! We require video proof of your gameplay to verify your score. This ensures fair competition for all participants. Videos should clearly show:

Your Roblox username
The game being played
The final score achieved

Q: What happens if scores are tied?

Participants with the same score will share the same rank. For example, if two students both achieve the highest score, they will both be ranked #1. The next participant will be ranked #3.

Q: Will I receive a certificate?

Yes! All participants who complete the tournament and have their scores verified will receive a digital certificate. Certificates can be downloaded from your dashboard after the tournament is completed.

Account & Safety

Q: Is my data safe?

Absolutely! We take data privacy seriously and comply with all applicable data protection regulations. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Q: Can parents monitor their child's activity?

Yes! Parents can create their own accounts and link them to their children’s accounts. This allows parents to:

Monitor scores and rankings
Approve new registrations
Access certificates and achievements
