At EduChamp, we strive to provide the best tournament experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering for any tournament.
Tournament registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed. This is because we allocate resources, prepare tournament materials, and reserve slots based on confirmed registrations.
We will provide a full refund in the following circumstances:
If EduChamp cancels a tournament for any reason, all registered participants will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee within 7-14 business days.
If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same tournament registration, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately upon verification.
If a payment processing error results in overcharging, the excess amount will be refunded promptly.
